When bank transfer is available, complete the transfer and upload your receipt before the payment-page deadline. Keep your booking reference and wait for the resort’s approval before making travel arrangements.

Is the whole resort exclusive to our group?

Yes. Casa Francho is a private resort, so your reservation is for your group’s exclusive use. Enjoy the pool, common spaces, and time together at your own pace.

How many guests can stay?

Choose a package for your group. Short Stay includes 15 guests with up to 10 additional guests. The 22-hour packages include 10, 15 or 25 guests, with up to 3, 1 or 5 additional guests respectively. Additional guests are charged according to the current package rate.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Short Stay runs from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM on the same day. The 22-hour stay runs from 2:00 PM to 12:00 noon the following day. Your available schedule and confirmation show the booked hours.

Can we bring pets?

Pets are welcome according to the resort’s Airbnb listing. Please include your pet’s details in your booking notes so the team can confirm arrangements before your visit.

How do I confirm a reservation?

Choose an available date and package, enter your guest details, then follow the payment instructions. When bank transfer is available, upload your receipt before the payment hold expires. Your down payment and reservation are confirmed after the resort verifies the transfer. If online payment is unavailable, contact the resort to arrange confirmation.

Is there parking at the resort?

The property has designated parking for up to seven cars. Let the team know your vehicle count when arranging your arrival.

Can we use the kitchen during our stay?

The resort has a kitchen and dining area for shared meals. If your group needs a specific appliance, cooking utensil, or setup, ask the resort team before arriving so they can confirm what is available.

Can we book the resort for a birthday or reunion?

Casa Francho welcomes birthdays and reunions within your selected package capacity. Declare any outside catering or lights, sounds, band or bar in the booking form so applicable corkage is included in your quote.

Are bedrooms booked individually?

The bedrooms are part of the whole-property private resort experience. Direct requests on this website are for exclusive resort use; the team will confirm accommodation arrangements for your group.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit terms are confirmed by the resort before you finalize your stay. For reservations made through Airbnb, refer to the policy shown for your selected dates on Airbnb.
